In order to be eligible for store credit you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

If the product you ordered is delivered defective or damaged, please contact us so that we can replace the product, offer store credit, or cancel the order.

If the product is damaged while in your possession in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a store credit.
